5900 Wilshire

In December 2005 The Ratkovich Company acquired 5900 Wilshire located in the heart of the Miracle Mile district of Los Angeles, California. Built in 1970 by William Pereira & Associates, 5900 is a 30-story, 491,000 square foot office building that enjoys unobstructed 360 degree views of Los Angeles County.

The building faces the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the George C. Page Museum with the La Brea Tar Pits and Hancock Park and is just blocks from Restaurant Row, the Grove shopping center, and the historic Farmer’s Market. 5900 Wilshire is less than six miles from downtown Los Angeles and less than three miles from Beverly Hills.
