Chapman Market

Chapman Market was built in 1929 as the Nation’s first drive-in market and represents one of the finest examples of Spanish Revival architecture in Los Angeles. The Ratkovich Company renovation, completed in June of 1989, restored Chapman Market once again to a one-of-a-kind neighborhood center, combining retail with second-story offices.
