Beth Kubasak began her career at The Ratkovich Company in 2004, after receiving her BA from Loyola Marymount University. Over the course of her 12 years at the company, Ms. Kubasak has held multiple positions on a variety of assets within the company’s portfolio. She has seasoned experience in all aspects of development including property management, operations, finance, construction, leasing and acquisitions.

Ms. Kubasak is currently the Development Manager of The Bloc office tower and has led the project in leasing more than 300,000 square feet of office space since TRC’s acquistion, further strengthening the emergence of design, technology and creative industries in downtown Los Angeles.

Prior to her role at The Bloc, some of Ms. Kubasak’s notable achievements included being a key team member responsible for the development of a new 50,000 square foot LA Fitness and 760 car parking structure at The Alhambra, the renovation of approximately 200,000 square feet of historic building into creative office (including the pre-development of the Spruce Goose hangar at the Hercules Campus), and the leasing of 5900 Wilshire, a 490,000 square foot, 30 story office tower along Wilshire Boulevard’s Miracle Mile.
