Jeff Herrera is the Property Manager at The Hercules Campus at Playa Vista, a 530,000 square foot project consisting of eleven nationally registered historic landmark buildings incorporating the former Howard Hughes offices and the 330,000 square foot hangar in which the “Spruce Goose” was built, where he is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the campus and studio. Prior to that, Jeff was the Property Manager at 5900 Wilshire where he oversaw a massive renovation, culminating with a win of the 2009 TOBY Award for the Renovated Building of the Year. Mr. Herrera began his career with The Ratkovich Company in September, 2006 as the Operations Manager at The Alhambra. There, he managed daily operations consisting of Building Engineering, Janitorial and Tenant Improvement work. Prior to The Alhambra, he spent almost ten years at DreamWorks where he began as a Production Assistant and was promoted through the years up to Workplace Service Manager. In that position, he was responsible for the facility operations of their 330,000 square foot Animation Campus located in Glendale, CA. Jeff lives in Valencia with his wife Jamie and daughters Audrey, Julia and Laurel.
Favorite TRC Project: 5900 Wilshire. It is such a special building located in such a historic and classic part of Los Angeles. It is well on its way to becoming the premiere high rise in the city.
Favorite City: Both Jackson, Wyoming and Wailea, Hawaii. They offer beautiful scenery, thrilling activities as well as relaxing environments that make you never want to leave.
Favorite Cause: He is a proud sponsor of Calvary Bible Church, which he attends with his family.
