Meg Byrne joined The Ratkovich Company in 2016 as the Branding and Marketing Manager for The Bloc, a vibrant mixed-use property at the center of commerce and culture in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Meg has her MBA from Regis University in Marketing with 11+ years of marketing and commercial real estate expertise spanning from Colorado to California.

Most recently, Meg was the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing at Los Angeles Magazine where she generated successful marketing campaigns for luxury residential and commercial real estate properties throughout Southern California. In addition to specializing in real estate marketing, Meg has a deep marketing acumen for the hospitality, restaurant, fashion, beauty, entertainment, automotive, and financial sectors.

Prior to Los Angeles Magazine, Meg led a strategic experiential activation firm where national companies sought expertise on galvanizing their product or service to the masses. Meg’s ability to implement these plans originated from both her MBA course work as well as her dual BA specializing in Real Estate Development and Marketing from the Daniel’s School of Business at the University of Denver. Her tenure as a commercial real estate broker specializing in retail representation for both tenant and landlord, was helpful, as well.

Originally from Denver Colorado, Meg enjoys hiking Griffith with her Boston terrier, trying new restaurants throughout the greater Los Angeles area, and scoring one of a kind finds in Venice, Silverlake and Los Feliz.
