MICHAEL TAYLOR, SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Michael Taylor joined The Ratkovich Company in June 2006 as senior property manager responsible for The Alhambra, the company’s 45 acre, 1 million square foot urban community in the City of Alhambra after having spent nine years with DreamWorks Animation. Michael oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations at the 45 acre site, including assembling and managing a team of dedicated professionals. At DreamWorks, he was part of the team responsible for the initial construction and move-in of the 14-acre DreamWorks Animation main office campus in 1997 where he oversaw the operations and development of the campus. Prior to joining the team at DreamWorks, Michael spent 16 years in various capacities with the Studio Operations group of Walt Disney Pictures.

In addition, he is a member of the International Facility Managers Association (IFMA) and a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Favorite City: Michael’s favorite cities in the world have been those in which he traveled with his children (and which have spectacular golf courses!).

Favorite Cause: Michael is dedicated to improving the educational opportunities for children.
