Roxana Ferguson, Property Manager

Roxana Ferguson is the Property Manager at 5900 Wilshire where she oversees the day to day operations of the 31-story, office building located in the Miracle Mile across from the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Mrs. Ferguson began her career with The Ratkovich Company in November, 2010. Prior to joining The Ratkovich Company, Roxana spent five years at Catellus, a ProLogis Company managing Los Angeles Union Station a historic landmark located in Los Angeles where she began as an Associate Property Manager and was promoted to Senior Property Manager in 2010. While responsible for that landmark property, she oversaw the day to day operations and management of building engineer team, and the janitorial, security and parking staff. She was also responsible for tenant improvements and capital projects.

Roxana, who was born in El Salvador, moved Los Angeles when she was six. A true Angeleno, Roxanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA. She and her husband, Erick, are residents of Pasadena.

Favorite TRC Project: 5900 Wilshire. It's the type of building I envisioned myself managing. As a property manager you look for characteristics that make one building stand out from the rest and 5900 Wilshire has those characteristics; class, innovation and recognition. It's a building that was quite literally transformed into a true icon in the Miracle Mile.

Favorite City: Carmel, California. My husband and I escape frequently to this quaint and artistic seaside community to enjoy our favorite pastime - food and wine.

Favorite Cause: I enjoy volunteering for the BOMA Toy and Food drive which helps several charities throughout the Los Angeles area.
