VICTORIA DEISE WILSON, SENIOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Victoria Deise Wilson joined The Ratkovich Company in 2001 as the Senior Development Manager to oversee The Alhambra, the company’s 45 acre, 1 million square foot urban community in the City of Alhambra. During her tenure at The Alhambra, the occupancy of the office space has increased from 68% to over 90%, with over 500,000 SF of new leasing and renewals being executed during that time. Victoria was responsible for the development of a 50,000 square foot LA Fitness and adjacent 760 car parking structure on the campus in 2008 and The Shops at The Alhambra, a 17,500 square foot retail center adjacent to the office campus, in 2004.

Prior to joining The Ratkovich Company, Ms. Deise Wilson was a project manager at MarketPlace Development in Boston, Massachusetts, where she developed retail programs for both Philadelphia and San Francisco International Airports. In a two year period, Ms. Deise Wilson was responsible for the development of nearly 100,000 square feet of retail space, all of which opened at 100% occupancy.

Ms. Deise Wilson received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. She is a Past President of The Alhambra Chamber of Commerce and continues to serve on that organization’s Board of Directors. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
