WILTERN CENTER in LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA

The Wiltern Center houses two national landmark buildings, the Pellissier Building and the Wiltern Theatre. The 12-story Pellissier Building was completely renovated in 1982 and has continuously been occupied by the most creative design firms in Los Angeles. The 1931 vintage Wiltern Theatre was renovated in 1985 as a 2,350 seat performing arts center. Under the direction of Clear Channel Music West, the Wiltern Theatre has hosted a diverse range of performing artists including the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra, the American Ballet Theatre, and popular music icons Sting, Bruce Springsteen, Prince, Paul Simon, James Brown and the Rolling Stones. The Company completed the development of the Wiltern Center with the construction of a 46,000 square foot Ralph’s grocery store and a 450 car parking structure.
