The 70,000 square foot office building located between MacArthur and LaFayette Parks in Los Angeles' Mid Wilshire neighborhood is situated on approximately three and one half acres of land. The building was purchased and remodeled in 1997 for 100% occupancy by Los Angeles County. The development, which included the construction of an adjoining 350 space parking structure, was sold upon completion for a 6% cap rate. Senior and mezzanine debt was provided by Sanwa Bank.
