THE ALLSTATE BUILDING IN PASADENA, CALIFORNIA

The Ratkovich Company purchased the 60,000 square foot free standing building on four acres of land from Allstate Insurance in association with Copley Real Estate Investors. The sale included a one year lease back by Allstate. Following the expiration of that lease, The Ratkovich Company opportunistically sold the building to World Vision International.
