3600 SEPULVEDA IN MANHATTAN BEACH, CALIFORNIA

Located at the intersection of Rosecrans and Sepulveda in Manhattan Beach, this 46,200 square foot building sat on a 3.41 acre site and was developed in 1989 on a speculative basis. The concept was to use industrial construction methods in such a way that the building (with ample 4/1000 parking) would be useable by an office user, R&D, industrial or retail uses. It ended up being used initially as an office space for AM International, which was succeeded by being used as a retail use for Fry’s Electronics. The Ratkovich Company developed this project in partnership with Immobiliare Los Angeles, Inc and sold it shortly after completion to a private investor.
