The Terminal Annex
The Ratkovich Villanueva Partnership, an affiliate of The Ratkovich Company, successfully managed the entitlement and marketing process for the United States Postal Service's historic Terminal Annex property, a 500,000 square foot building on 18-acres of land adjacent to LA's Union Station in downtown Los Angeles. In July 2000, Dallas-based INFOMART Holdings purchased the historic building for development of INFOMART-Los Angeles, a state-of-the-art technology campus community. In March of 2002, The California Endowment, a private, statewide health foundation with approximately $3 billion in assets, purchased a 2.7 acre parcel where it plans to build the firm's headquarters. Today, the Ratkovich Villanueva Partnership continues to work closely with the Postal Service as its development manager for the remaining balance of land at the Terminal Annex.
